The Hillsboro News-Times is an award-winning community newspaper serving Hillsboro, Aloha, North Plains and western Washington County, Oregon. The News-Times was established in 1886, and is one of Oregon’s oldest newspapers. It is owned by Pamplin Media Group, an independent, family-owned newspaper group based in Portland, Oregon.
